NorthWest Senior and Disability Services (NWSDS) is a local intergovernmental agency, contracted with the state of Oregon to deliver services to seniors and adults with physical disabilities. They also help the Astoria Senior Center deliver meals to seniors. In Clatsop County, NWSDS is located in Warrenton, OR, just east of Costco.
